What does it cost?
Free for runners and clients. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no fees taken from your tab.
How does payment actually work?
The app tracks a tab — a running record of what each client owes their runner. We don't process payments. When you settle up, the runner records it (cash, EFT, PayID, or other) and the tab updates. The money moves outside the app.
Who is this for?
Anyone running coffee for a small group of people who already know each other — colleagues, neighbours, mates at a workshop. There's no marketplace, no strangers. You add the people you run for; they add you. That's the entire trust model.
What about my data?
We collect only what we need to run the service — your email, name, orders, and a push notification token. No advertising, no analytics, no selling data to anyone. Your records sit in a Sydney-region database. Full details on the privacy policy.
